Hyperion is led by highly skilled real estate professionals, each contributing their deep and wide ranging experience.  The core team has worked together for over 15 years and developed Hyperion's large scale development projects.  The team has reconstituted after spending recent years in key leadership roles at prominent development firms in New York City, South Florida and California.

ROB VECSLER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rob has overseen the acquisition and development and management of over 5 million square feet of residential and mixed-use real estate in New York and South Florida including development of over 1,500 residential units.

Rob was part of the leadership team at globally renowned Silverstein Properties in New York, where he served as President of Residential Development, Head of Acquisitions and member of the of the firm’s Investment Committee. Rob also launched and led Silverstein’s Opportunity Zone Fund.

JORDAN THALER

INVESTMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT

Jordan leads Hyperion’s sourcing, investment and development activities. He has played key investment roles in over $6 billion in real estate transactions at world renowned real estate institutions such as Silverstein Properties and SL Green Realty (NYSE: SLG).

Jordan has a wide range of experience across asset classes including being the lead analyst of One Vanderbilt, a $3.5 billion development project in New York City. Jordan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Vassar College.

DEAN LOISEL

FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT

Dean has worked with Hyperion since 2005 and has over 20 years experience overseeing financing operations, complex transactions and development. Dean leads and is intimately involved in all financial aspects of the firm’s projects and transactions, providing trusted and reliable guidance and reporting to the executive team, partners and investors.

Prior to his joining Hyperion’s relaunch, he was a lead executive at Zephyr Partners, a development and investment firm based in southern California where he led over $1 billion in acquisitions and development of residential and commercial real estate.

BRIAN BARTCZAK

CONSTRUCTION

Brian is responsible for construction for Hyperion projects, including Hyperion’s 22-story 457-unit mixed-use project currently being constructed in West Palm Beach. He has been associated with Hyperion since 2003 and led the construction of Hyperion’s luxury high-rise projects MarinaBlue and Blue Condominiums in Miami.

Brian is a licensed general contractor with 30 years of experience, and he provides technical insight and hands-on management from pre-development through completion. His wide range of experience includes the past five years building mid-rise hotels across South Florida.

LISA TOMPKINS

SALES, LEASING AND ASSET MANAGEMENT

Lisa is a 25-year real estate professional with a broad and diverse skill set. As a licensed real estate broker with a keen understanding of Florida markets, Lisa is active in development site identification and review.

Lisa also plays key roles in value enhancement functions, leading the lease-up of Hyperion properties while also overseeing the maintenance and operations of Hyperion’s rental properties and our proprietary residence management platform.
